A RESEARCH STUDY IS SEEKING FORMERLY INCARCERATED OLDER ADULTS 
Respond to baseline survey questions and participate in one 60-minute focus group held at New Legacy Re-entry about your strengths, challenges, and desires for knowledge and skill-building since returning to the community.
ELIGIBILITY
  • Be at least age 45 or older
  • Have re-entered the community from a period of incarceration
  • Have at least one chronic health condition
  • Be able to speak and understand English
